Messages and calls

The same number, the same API.

Wavoip sells calls only, so teams pair it with a separate messaging API. Polymorfa sends messages and handles calls on the same number, with the same webhooks and one bill.

Video and group calls run on linked-device numbers. Cloud API calls are one-to-one and audio only.

Pairing

Connect a number without a camera.

QuickLink lets your customer pair with a code typed on the phone instead of scanning a QR code. Wavoip states that pairing without a QR code is not available yet.

Fair comparison

Where the others are ahead.

Wavoip records calls and exports packet captures for diagnostics. Polymorfa does not record audio or video. ZapLigue includes an AI voice agent and a visual IVR; with Polymorfa, you bring your own agent.

Calling unknown numbers in bulk carries a high risk of account restrictions on any provider. Polymorfa does not remove that risk. On the Cloud API, Meta requires the customer's permission before a business-initiated call.
