Acceptable Use Policy

• Message only people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, or who contacted you first. Keep a record of that consent.
• Tell people who you are in your first message, and make it easy to stop. Honor every opt-out promptly and do not message that person again unless they opt back in.
• Do not buy, rent, scrape or guess phone numbers, and do not message lists you obtained that way.
• Do not send bulk unsolicited messages, and do not rotate numbers or accounts to get around blocks, reports or limits.
• Follow the WhatsApp and Meta terms and policies that apply to your numbers, and the laws on commercial messages where your recipients live.

Do not use Polymorfa to send, store or collect:

• anything illegal where you or the recipient is;
• child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities;
• threats, harassment, hate speech, or content that incites violence;
• phishing, scams, fake giveaways, impersonation, or misleading claims about who you are;
• malware, or links that install it;
• content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• health, financial or other sensitive data, unless you have a lawful basis and handle it with appropriate care.

You may not use Polymorfa to sell or promote goods or services that are illegal where you or your recipients are, including unlicensed gambling, lending or financial services, prescription drugs without a prescription, weapons, and adult content. Regulated businesses may use Polymorfa only if they hold the licenses they need and follow the rules of their sector.

• Do not try to get around rate limits, quotas, usage charges, Safe Mode or other protections, including by creating extra accounts or teams.
• Do not access data or accounts that are not yours, and do not probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission. Report issues to security@polymorfa.com instead.
• Do not overload or disrupt the Service, other customers, or WhatsApp.
• Do not resell or give others access to Polymorfa as a standalone service without a written agreement with us.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the parts of Polymorfa that are not open source, except where the law allows it.

We look at reports and automated signals, and act in proportion to the problem. We may warn you, pause a campaign, limit or suspend a number, key or project, or suspend or close the team, as the Terms describe. We may report illegal activity to the authorities and tell WhatsApp or Meta about abuse of their network.

If you received unwanted messages sent through Polymorfa, or see other abuse, write to support@polymorfa.com. Include the sending number and the time you received the message. We do not tell the sender who reported them.
