Polymorfa vs Infobip
Infobip prices every free-form WhatsApp message, on top of a one-time activation fee.
Infobip lists a price for every free-form WhatsApp message and sells access on a subscription with a one-time activation fee.1,2 Polymorfa bills a linked-device number for the days it is online, not per message, and runs Cloud API numbers behind the same Meta request shape.3,4
- Infobip

- Polymorfa

- Linked devices and the official Cloud API, behind one API.4

Three reasons teams move from Infobip
- 01
Pay for the days a number works, not for each message
A Polymorfa linked-device number costs $0.25 for each day it is online, $7.50 for a full 30 days, and message volume does not change that. Monthly credit purchases of 10,000 credits or more add a bonus of 10% to 150%.3,8
Infobip: Infobip's rate table puts a price on each free-form message, country by country.1
- 02
App numbers that keep every feature
Polymorfa connects the number as a linked device, next to the phone. The Graph API takes Meta's request shape for linked-device and Cloud API numbers alike, and linked-device numbers manage groups and post to channels.4,9,10
Infobip: On Infobip, connecting a coexistence number unlinks its companion devices, and its group chats and calls are not supported through the API.11

An onboarding page you do not build
Polymorfa hosts the page. Send a QuickLink and your customer pairs a linked-device number by QR or pairing code, or runs Embedded Signup for a Cloud API number, which is in beta. The Customers API groups numbers and links by customer.12,13
Infobip: Infobip Tech Providers put Facebook Login in their own app and onboard at most 200 clients a week per solution.14
One credit pool. Only the days a number is online.
One credit balance pays for every number your team runs, and a number costs credits only for the UTC days it is online.3 The monthly bonus is part of the price: buy 100,000 credits in a month and you get 250,000.8

Questions
Do I still pay Meta's fees?
Yes, for Cloud API numbers. Polymorfa does not remove Meta charges.8
Does Polymorfa support the official Cloud API?
Yes. Cloud API numbers and coexistence connect through QuickLink with Embedded Signup. Both are in beta and need team access.12
Are sends safe to retry?
Yes. Repeating a send with the same Idempotency-Key within 24 hours returns 409 idempotency_completed and does not send the message again.15
